Des que vaig comen\u00e7ar a treballar amb ell he millorat la meva postura al caminar, ja no em fa mal l\u2019esquena com abans i cada nova xacra muscular o \u00f2ssia la vaig solucionant. En resum, el meu estat f\u00edsic i d\u2019\u00e0nim han millorat i de cada sessi\u00f3 en surto agra\u00efda pels seus consells i seguiment. Sens dubte, recomano a tots aquells que vulguin millorar algun aspecte relacionat amb el moviment, la postura o recuperacions \u00f2ssies i musculars que acudeixin a les seves sessions perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n realment terap\u00e8utiques. A m\u00e9s, tenir un especialista com ell significa augmentar la salut i el benestar. I despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver acabat la classe, em sento superplena i connectada amb el meu cos, ment i emocions. Per aix\u00f2 recomanaria fer pilates a qualsevol persona que busqui veure\u2019s i sentir-se m\u00e9s b\u00e9.\u00a0A m\u00e9s de tenir els coneixements acad\u00e8mics del pilates, la Valentina t\u00e9 una mescla molt equilibrada de delicadesa i disciplina, i fa que la classe sigui molt completa, explicant el perqu\u00e8 dels exercicis i fent classes din\u00e0miques, mostrant els punts que costen m\u00e9s, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 aquells en qu\u00e8 ets fort i aix\u00f2 fa que et motivis per continuar millorant cada vegada m\u00e9s, perqu\u00e8 involucra l\u2019alumne en la seva classe. Vaig tenir la sort de con\u00e8ixer l'equip d'\u00c0liga Pilates en un moment en qu\u00e8 la meva salut em demanava amb urg\u00e8ncia incrementar l'activitat f\u00edsica. Per\u00f2 amb l'ajuda del Trevor i la Valentina, he apr\u00e8s la import\u00e0ncia del COM es fa aquesta activitat f\u00edsica. Els beneficis del pilates es fan evidents molt aviat en tothom que el practica, per\u00f2 tenir el privilegi de fer-ho en sessions individuals amb l'ajuda professional i humana de persones tan preparades, que et reben sempre amb un somriure, que es preocupen per com est\u00e0s i que saben treballar aquells aspectes del teu cos que necessiten m\u00e9s refor\u00e7 i en la mesura adequada \u00e9s un aut\u00e8ntic luxe. Les sessions em passen volant i en surto renovada f\u00edsicament i mentalment. El meu estat f\u00edsic ha millorat molt, han desaparegut les mol\u00e8sties habituals i em sento m\u00e9s forta i m\u00e9s \u00e0gil. El seu coneixement anat\u00f2mic i t\u00e8cnic, juntament amb la seva experi\u00e8ncia com a ballar\u00ed professional i talent natural per ensenyar, fan que les classes siguin molt efectives i, a la vegada, superentretingudes! Vaig comen\u00e7ar a visitar-lo arran d\u2019unes mol\u00e8sties que tenia a la zona lumbar i a la cama. Aquests dolors ja estan eradicats amb \u00e8xit, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019aix\u00f2, amb en Trevor he adquirit una consci\u00e8ncia respecte del meu cos i la meva postura, que m\u2019est\u00e0 beneficiant en altres aspectes de la vida. En Trevor ha demostrat tenir molta paci\u00e8ncia i cura, adaptant els exercicis al meu cas particular amb un tracte personal i molt respectu\u00f3s. Des que vaig comen\u00e7ar pilates les visites al f\u00edsio han desaparegut. Aquest \u00e9s el canvi m\u00e9s evident i objectiu. A m\u00e9s, noto que tinc el cos molt m\u00e9s el\u00e0stic i flexible. Sense cap dubte, recomanaria als meus amics que fessin classes de pilates. En cap altre tipus d\u2019exercici esportiu he obtingut tant resultat amb un esfor\u00e7 i dedicaci\u00f3 tan redu\u00efts. En Trevor est\u00e0 atent i concentrat en la teva evoluci\u00f3 i et guia amb professionalitat en els teus moviments. Tots els grups musculars s\u2019exerciten, la qual cosa \u00e9s genial. Puc sentir que el meu cos s\u2019est\u00e0 tornant m\u00e9s fort i aix\u00f2 et fa sentir b\u00e9 amb tu mateix. Abans que comenc\u00e9ssim a treballar junts, havia tingut el mateix professor de pilates durant uns quants anys i no estava segura del canvi, per\u00f2 no calia que em preocup\u00e9s. Despr\u00e9s de tan sols un parell de sessions, en Trevor era totalment conscient de totes les meves capacitats i debilitats, i em va proposar exercicis i variacions per ajudar-me a millorar. T\u00e9 molts consells sobre com aconseguir amb \u00e8xit la posici\u00f3 correcta en un exercici si tinc problemes, a m\u00e9s de poder ajudar-me a visualitzar el que estic intentant fer abans de comen\u00e7ar, cosa que trobo realment \u00fatil. Una altra cosa que m\u2019agrada \u00e9s que no tenim cap rutina establerta: la classe varia i, sovint, intentem alguna cosa nova o una manera diferent de fer un exercici anterior. Fins i tot, se li va oc\u00f3rrer una rutina especial sense aparells quan me\u2019n vaig anar de vacances (vaig fer el que vaig poder!).
