Trevor Clarke Carlson

Trevor is an Authentic Pilates teacher and founder of ÀligaPilates. His background is deeply connected to the worlds of dance, movement, and the performing arts, having worked for many years within international contexts of artistic creation and production.

His teaching combines precision, sensitivity, and a deep observation of the body, developing highly individualized sessions focused on quality of movement, body awareness, and attentive care for each person.


Ferran Carvajal

Ferran is a multidisciplinary artist, director, and choreographer with an extensive career in theatre, dance, and opera. His approach to Pilates is rooted in an exploration of the body as a space of clarity, strength, and awareness.

His teaching is precise, reflective, and structured, inviting intelligence and elegance in movement.


Albert Ausellé

Albert is an actor and movement professional trained at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.

He combines technical precision with a strong sensitivity to rhythm and balance, helping to develop confidence, coordination, and fluidity in movement.


Òscar Vidal

Óscar has worked as a personal trainer and instructor since 1995, specializing in strength, performance, and rehabilitation.

His teaching combines an analytical understanding of the body with a dynamic, results-oriented practice, always adapted to each individual.


Miren Jalón

Miren works with careful attention to detail and a constant observation of movement.

Her teaching proposes a clear and structured progression, creating a calm environment in which to develop strength, coordination, and understanding of the work with precision.


Julia Jou

Julia brings a sensitive and attentive approach to teaching, centered on continuity and the relationship between movement and breath.

Manel Landete

All ÀligaPilates instructors are certified through Spanish School of Authentic Pilates (EEDAP), having completed more than 600 hours of training, observation, and supervised practice.
